Rental Terms & Conditions
The Rental Agreement
These Rental Terms and Conditions, the rental document you receive when you are given access to the vehicle you are renting (the “Rental Agreement”), the Privacy Policy, and the return receipt or record (the “Rental Receipt”) constitute the “Rental Agreement” between yourself and Roam2Rides, LLC, (the “Company”, or “Roam2Rides”). You will be asked to sign a copy of the below prior to renting a vehicle from us.

1. No smoking, including e-cigs and vaping, in Vehicle, or a $250.00 fee will be imposed.

2. No towing with Vehicle.

3. A $250.00 refundable security deposit is collected at the time of contract signing.

4. Maximum occupancy is no more than Vehicle has working seatbelts.

5. Please notify Roam2Rides LLC of any mechanical issues including but not limited to lost keys/key fobs, accidents/ accidental damage, low tire pressure, excessive oil usage, check engine/dashboard lights, etc. We will assist with low fluid levels and resolve any mechanical issues provided they are not the result of an accident, theft, or vandalism caused by you. If your “check oil” indicator comes on, please notify us immediately so we can schedule an oil change at no charge. It is our way of saying Thank You for being a valued customer.

6. A 48-hour advanced notice is requested for any Vehicle termination. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must return the Vehicle to our rental office for inspection and written amendment by us of the due-in date. If the vehicle is rented on the 30th day, we must have a newly signed rental contract on file. The rental contract must be signed in person. If you are unable to come to the office, please contact us. On a daily rental, payments are processed by 7 pm each day. If you fail to make a payment, a $15.00 per day late fee will be incurred.

7. Please return the Vehicle with the same level of fuel at the time of rental; otherwise you will be charged $5.00 per gallon to fill the fuel tank.

8. You must return the rental Vehicle in the same condition you received it, except for ordinary wear, or a $50.00 fee will be imposed to clean the Vehicle if returned substantially less clean than when rented.

9. It is mandatory that the Vehicle is insured at all times. If you do not carry your own insurance, a Non-Owners Policy must be written. If you carry y your own insurance please provide us with a copy of your insurance card.

10. You must report all accidents or incidents of theft or vandalism to Roam2Rides LLC within 24 hours of said incident. Please contact the police first, your insurance company, and then call our office at 407.743.7449. We are available 24 hours per day by phone for your convenience.

11. You are responsible for all loss, theft, or damage to the Vehicle, including the repair cost.

12. You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others.

13. You will incur a $50.00 fee, plus $5.00/mile for every mile between the rental location and the place where the Vehicle is returned, repossessed, or abandoned, plus all other expenses we incur in locating and recovering the Vehicle if you fail to return it.

14. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable.
Payment not received on the due date will incur a fee of $25.00 for the first day. Day 2 incurs a further fine of $50.00. On day 3 we shall repossess the Vehicle.
